100 Days Of Gratitude – Day 5 Ray Andrews
My Gratitude today is for my dear friend Ray Andrews and our fabulous, honest conversations. I’m especially grateful today, and this week, for the opportunity to catch up with him face to face; other times it’s a gratitude that he’s in my world – even if he’s on the other side of the planet.
As he is a psychologist, and teaching and counseling people all the time, he’s fascinated by the neuroscience I’ve been studying in relation to coaching. We often have exciting conversations about the brain and the power of thoughts and words. He is one of the most significant influences in my life and a living breathing representation of the love and grace of God.
If you’ve read my Create the Life Journal, you will have seen Ray’s comments about journaling and the usefulness of downloading your thoughts. He’s been an incredible support to me in changing my thinking to be more positive and empowering, and besides all this he is just so funny and fun to be with.
Have a wonderful day, thanks for sharing my 100 days of Gratitude journey,
