100 Days of Great Customer Service – Day 1
We’ve all experienced the good the bad and the ugly when it come to customer service – or lack thereof, and continuing in the spirit of 100 Days of Gratitude, I want to celebrate Great Customer Service. We’ve probably all had moments when we’ve delivered the utmost in customer service and other days when we’ve missed opportunities or didn’t rise above a bad day. It’s great to remind ourselves of what’s important, and at the end of the day, I believe people are more important than anything else.

Great Customer Service
I’m so excited to commit to blogging 100 Days of Great Customer Service. We will cover all angles – great, excellent and stunning customer service and no less. We (human beings) value being valued, being treated with respect, and as I’m sure you’re aware, what you focus on increases. I don’t think anyone would mind an increase in the happiness occurring when one experiences great customer service.
Great Experience Shopping?
What happens when you have a great experience shopping or doing business with someone? You want to go back and you want to tell someone else. Maybe your thoughts go to other things, which are natural, but if you had the time and opportunity you would tell others.
I have many Great Customer Service moments to celebrate, which you’ll see over the next 100 Days, and I’m sure my readers do too, so I look forward to hearing from you about your favourite moments – recently – or the ones that stand out as favourites of all time.
Lets celebrate great, exceptional and stunning customer service, see more of it and deliver more of it, valuing and acknowledging others.
Cheering you on,
Kerrie
Good on you Kerrie for focusing on great customer service! I will certainly be adding to it because I love having good experiences and would like to reward those who go the extra mile by giving them free publicity!
And when we focus on being grateful for the service we get, and seeking out great service, guess what we get more of? That’s right – excellent service wherever we go!
Today’s first prize goes to Trigg Island Beach Cafe in Perth: http://www.triggislandcafe.com.au
I took my Mum there for an early mother’s day lunch – the food was absolutely superb! Fish was succulent and fresh – and very tasty – and the desserts were absolutely enormous and delicious!
I love my local coffee shop Lido Larder in Portland, Victoria. No matter how long the cue I am always greeted as soon as I come in the door, with a very cheery ‘hi we’ll be with you in a minute’ and ‘bye have a great day’ when I leave. They ROCK! coffee’s great too! Makes me feel very welcome everytime I go in.
Thanks Jill and Karina, I have a favourite cafe here too Stephen’s Patisserie – which will be featuring sometime soon!. I love when I walk in there, they look excited to see me, and usually bring me water as well as my coffee, without me asking! It’s great when people get to know their clients and take initiative to serve them
