My super dad, Ross Stockings, today celebrated his 1000th parachute jump today! I’m grateful that he was able to do such a memorable jump where and with whom he did. He and mum are at Batchelor, south of Darwin, for the 30th Territory Rel week, an annual skydiving event.
His 1000th jump was a 13-way, (13 skydivers together) – all of them Skydivers over Sixty. I’m grateful that he’s having so much fun, and meeting other skydivers from all over the world. I just realised that I mentioned this on Day 29, so I won’t elaborate.
1000 jumps is quite an achievement! Go Dad!
I’d also like to note that I appreciated the lovely supportive, encouraging messages I received following last nights blog! I have beautiful people in my world, from all over, but often just the click of a mouse away!
