I am grateful the treadmill… I choose to be grateful for the treadmill. It helps me stay fit, supports me to be ready for anything… I can climb mountains on this thing, or run or walk at any pace. I can exercise in any weather, and use hand weights to work on my upper body strength – as long as I’m not going too fast… I tend to lose my balance.
I choose gratitude for this, as it’s not a naturally occuring warm fuzzy feeling. Choosing gratitude tends to be more powerful than the naturally occuring kind, as it changes perspective from negative to positive, from disempowering to empowering. I’m grateful to have learned this… ok, maybe that’s for another day!
The idea of 100 days of gratitude was to post one photo and one comment – does anyone mind if I can’t help myself and add a little extra gratitude?
Thank you!
Love Kerrie
