My gratitude today is for a great drive from Dubbo to Orange this afternoon – 90 minutes of enjoying the wide open spaces, sunshine – and sunset. I’m staying with my friend Mary Brell, who was featured a few days ago, and her husband Murray Paterson. We’ve enjoyed a night with their neighbours, and as I began to catch up on a few emails after dinner, their cat Tigger, who is just adorable, came to help me out. Since he’s very cute, and my sunset pics didn’t turn out well – he’s in the spotlight. The purr of a cat is one of those simple things in life to be grateful for, as is beautiful scenery that surrounds us everyday. And again, as always, I’m grateful for the quality relationships in my world.
