Again, a day of many moments and people to be grateful for. I was up early (true!) to get some work done before meeting a few friends – who I’ve only known online thus far. Darren Ramsey, who’s commented on my 100 Days blog everyday as it feeds through to facebook with his list of things he’s grateful for, came to meet me, for a fabulous cafe breakfast. It was very cool to meet and continue the conversation that we have on facebook – and hear more about his deep sea diving!
Next the lovely Nathan and Sam Smith came to meet me, and so met Darren too, so it was a meeting of facebook friends! Nathan and Sam drove me to the airport and we discovered so many mutual friends (in the real world too!) which was just amazing and really special.
I’m now at my Grandparents home in Sydney, which is like home away from home of course. I’m so grateful for these beautiful people, aged 90 (almost) and 91. Grandad still does the (huge) beautiful garden himself and they’re so vibrant and gorgeous.
So many wonderful people in my world, from the brand new friends to those I’ve grown up with.
Love (and gratitude) to all,
Kerrie
