I am so grateful today that I was able to spend quality time with some beautiful friends. Vanessa lived in Dubbo for a few years and was the most amazing support through one of my most challenging seasons. Rachael has lived in Sydney since I’ve known her, but with her country background and mutual friends we connected immediately about 12 years ago.
These girls are both the kind of friends that you reconnect with as though no time has passed – although we had lots to catch up on!
I love this card that Rach picked up on her way into the book store where we met, thinking it quite appropriate… “It’s not what we have in our life, but who we have in our life that counts”
