Each contributor shared insightful ideas, tips and wisdom as they bravely shared their story and their thoughts continue to inspire our readers across Australia and many countries around the world.
Others I’d like to acknowledge have shared the journey in various ways.
David Pankhurst owns our local bookstore, The Book Connection. He supported us with a launch event with Mark Coulton, Federal MP, (pictured) and has included me in a Local Authors Week and in his catalogue that goes far and wide – and he keeps stock of the book in the front of his store.
Leanne Berry surprised me with a nomination for the Telstra Business Women’s Awards – I didn’t know Leanne at the time, but have since come to know and love her. Leanne is a champion of regional entrepreneurs and teaches book-keepers across Australia through her business The Numbers Game. She’s also sold multiple copies of Lifting the Lid at Conferences due to her passion for the subject and inspiring her clients!
Penny Taylor put an amazing effort into a gorgeous book launch event in Port Hedland and introduced me to business leaders there where I hosted workshops with Denise Bevins at the Small Business Centre. These girls have helped me do several trips to Port Hedland, where I’ve fallen in love with the land and the people :-)
There are many more who’ve cheered us all on as we’ve shared our stories and hoped they’d help someone, somewhere to glean ideas, inspiration and encouragement and I’m so grateful to all.
The joy of sharing inspiration continues with the Young Achievers Giveaway. Check out how you can inspire, connect and cheer on Young Achievers here.
Thank you for sharing the journey.
Cheering you on,
Kerrie
