Dulux Accredited Conference in Auckland brought together the best of the best in the painting industry and I was so privileged to speak twice on the first day of the conference, and enjoy the awards dinner that night.
Above I’m pictured with the very inspiring Clayton and Louise Coughlan from Qld, and to the right, Bill Warren from Darwin. These guys travel so far and love working with people across remote areas. We had several really inspiring conversations over the weekend.
Following the Conference Dulux Accredited took us to Waiheke Island for a day tour and magnificent lunch. Clayton took a few minutes to chat with me on camera so we could share some of his insights. It’s all about connecting authentically with people, going the extra mile, and going for gold in your business. These tips are not just systems or attitudes, but both.
