I am so grateful for efficient customer service – It was not only me looked after in this case, but my beloved macbook. You know I love people so much more than technology – but since my mac keeps me in touch with the world, and this week is helping me stay on track to get my book to the printers in 6 weeks (or less) it’s a bit important. I’m exceedingly grateful to the team from Robo’s Computers – not just for their fabulous fast replacement of my keyboard – but for bringing macs to Dubbo last year – the same week I went looking to get one!
