A Wedding Anniversary is an occasion where you really need a Great Customer Service experience – and great food! So off we went to Newtown Providores and were looked after by the fabulous staff, who were a little camera shy, but Peter Davis, owner and inspiration behind this great business, was happy to oblige. When I go in there (more regularly than indicated above) I’m always pleasantly surprised by the welcome, sometimes they’ve said “Hi Kerrie!” when I didn’t expect them to know my name, let alone use it. Learning your customers names and using them is a welcome that gets you off to a great start.
