You know I’m not short on comments about customer service & I do love to tell the world when I have fabulous encounters. I also love to be a good customer and I love inspiring people to focus on what’s good in the world and celebrate those things. One of my Facebook comments last week inspired the editor of Dubbo Weekender to ask me to step up to their Soapbox and say something. So here it is!
