Just before falling asleep last night, my brain was awakened when Lyndon threw a challenging question at me. Where does everything fit? You’re doing Customer Service stuff, Leadership stuff, Cheering You On stuff… are you confusing people? – and confusing google? (that’s an SEO conversation). After pondering this for a moment, throwing out a few jumbled thoughts, then letting it go to fall asleep – clarity came today.
I’m all about cheering you on – to be your best, to make a bigger difference. Cheering You On To Live Purposefully – serving one another. We all serve. Nobody is above serving. No matter what you’ve achieved. You serve those you lead – your team, your family, your community.
Service prepares you for leadership – because leadership is service.
This is why I’ve created the Kerrie Phipps Retail Experiment – to give myself more opportunity to serve more people, in more ways, and to increase my understanding of the challenges faced by those I lead/serve and influence. Those I coach and mentor are in positions of leadership, with their own sphere of influence and service.
This is why I’ll soon be launching the Lifting the Lid Young Achievers giveaway – to cheer on those who are passionate about serving well and making a bigger difference. You lead when you inspire – you lead when you overcome challenges and share your learning honestly.
This is why I’ll be completing other e-books soon, to cheer on those in developing nations, and those who lead/serve and influence them.
This is why I’ll be interviewing more inspiring leaders in the coming months. This is why I do random videos on my own to say hi, or to introduce you to someone inspiring. I am SO passionate about cheering you on – and helping you cheer yourself on. Make the most of every day. Clarify your purpose, share it with those who’ll encourage you and get focused on living it every day.
