Welcome back! Here’s Step 2: Create Systems
Create systems that support your attention on your chosen focus. It could be prompts like a smiley face or script, near your phone or counter, or hidden in your wallet to be aware of or memorise. That will trigger action that connects you to others with energy, a smile and friendly approach. (It could also be remembering to eat lunch and keep well hydrated!) A smiley face is proven to increase feel-good chemicals such as dopamine in the brain, so this simple icon is not to be overlooked!
What simple things could you include in your interactions with customers, or preparation beforehand, and after they’ve gone, to take your customer service experience from great to Stunning? (for yourself and the customer?!)
